VoIP software provider Codima is moving in the Benelux market, the US-based firm’s fourth new European rollout of 2009. With head offices in Brussels, the new team will offer services throughout the region.

Codima, a Microsoft Certified Partner, expects the dense population and high broadband penetration of the Benelux region to be a fertile market for its real time, end-to-end solution for VoIP readiness and call quality assurance. Codima Toolbox encompasses a set of tools to discover, map, ping and monitor any IT network. The solution uses Microsoft Office Visio to visualise entire networks and network problems.

“Our Benelux team excels in product knowledge and markets insights, and will deliver real value and first class support to resellers from day one,” said CEO Christer Mattsson. “In Benelux, we see a growing demand for software tools to reduce IT costs and improve quality of service in existing networks, so our local presence is vital to accelerate market penetration and expand into new market segments.”
