Deutsche Bank rolls out BCS Integrity

Deutsche Bank has commenced its global rollout of BCS Integrity from Business Control Solutions (BCS).

The first phase of the rollout will see the solution deployed in Deutsche Bank’s Asia-Pacific branches, before being extended across 40 countries, 3,000 users and more than two million accounts.

Developed in a Microsoft-focused environment, BCS Integrity is a database-agnostic solution designed to enable better decision-making for financial institutions by providing instant visibility across the account substantiation process. Deutsche Bank chose the solution having been a long-term client of BCS Operational Control Architecture (OCA), which monitors control hotspots and highlights issues as they arise.

“This implementation is testament to just how seriously Deutsche Bank takes its financial control,” said Nigel Walder, CEO of BCS. “Moreover, it demonstrates the bank’s commitment to constantly driving control improvements while reducing operational costs. As this rollout continues, we remain focused on further developing Integrity with the aim of it becoming the industry’s de facto account substantiation solution.”
