Diane von Furstenberg, one of the leading names in American fashion, has implemented Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail point-of-sale retail system with Computer Generated Solutions (CGS).
“Our store managers and headquarter operations need a system that is easy to learn and use while providing a platform for international expansion and robust reporting analysis,” said Matt Yotko, vice president of IT for DVF. “We know we can obtain this from Microsoft and CGS.”

“This selection will allow us to extend our support from front of house PLM design to integrated back office solutions, as well as at the local retail cash register.”
Headquartered in New York City, DVF sells its collections and accessories in 72 countries and in 61 shops worldwide, which includes more than 15 stand alone stores.
Diane von Furstenberg recently unveiled her first children's collection for Gap Kids. She explained: "I wanted to go to the core of what the brand is and take print, and make them fun print and things that little girls would like."
