Double-Take Software is to launch a company-wide initiative to leverage its solutions for Microsoft SharePoint.

Using Double-Take for Windows and features such as the Double-Take Application Manager and Full-Server Failover, organisations can protect the data stored on SharePoint Services and SharePoint Server sites. These organisations’ critical data can be continuously replicated to a standby server and can automatically failover within minutes of a system outage.

Double-Take will be showcasing its protection and recovery of SharePoint by participating at this year’s DevConnections event in Las Vegas. Additionally, it has developed a webinar, How to Cost Effectively Protect SharePoint. In this 30 minute webinar, participants can learn about the business benefits of protecting SharePoint, what makes protecting SharePoint challenging, and the options for protection and recovery.
