FS unit for Platform Computing

Platform Computing has formed a financial services business unit, following a year of strong growth in the sector.

The company, which is a Microsoft partner and specialises in high-performance computing (HPC) management software, saw consistent strong growth across all major geographies including North America, Europe and Asia, with financial services as a global driver.

“In the last year, Platform has continued to expand its customer base, meeting the demand for increased speed and higher utilisation of compute resources required by financial services organisations,” said Jim Mancuso, general manager of the new unit. “I look forward to delivering innovative solutions and continuing to position Platform as a leader and innovator in financial services.”
