FS-Plus release

Single Source Systems, a US business solution provider and Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, has announced the latest release of Field Service Plus (FS-Plus), the organisation’s flagship service business software product for Infor ERP SyteLine.

FS-Plus is an integrated information system that manages and maintains both company-owned and customer-owned assets. It is designed to provide highly functional service business process support, including incident tracking, scheduling and dispatch, wireless mobile field service, work order management and service contracts. All functions integrate to Infor ERP SyteLine, which is built on the Microsoft .NET Framework.

Some of the new features available in FS-Plus version 8.1 include: parts fulfilment, which improve visibility of part availability; quick service request order creation, which streamlines the data entry process for work order creation; and a billing review console, which provides billing managers with a reference screen to determine when a work order should be invoiced.
