K3 launches Webshop solution at ECMOD

K3 demonstrated its new eCommerce solution Webshop, at ECMOD this year. Designed exclusively for Microsoft Dynamics, the business to consumer/business eCommerce tool is designed to help retailers boost sales.
Built on the Microsoft technology stack, Webshop provides shoppers with an online shopping environment that is secure and reliable. For the retailer, management and maintenance costs can be reduced through full integration with the Microsoft Dynamics solution.
The solution features advanced item and category management, which provides access to products through an environment based on an unlimited number of catalogues, categories and subcategories. Multiple catalogues are linked together allowing for multi-brands within a single checkout process.
Webshop also allows comprehensive integrated content management. Item information including photographs, illustrations and specifications are all managed with Dynamics. Prices and promotions are managed within the Dynamics back office system, which leads to consistent cross channel offers and price management.
The configurable rules within K3 Webshop supports product merchandising and shopping functionality, including recommended products and cross sells, recently viewed items, customer recognition and gift registry linked with CRM based notifications.
