Peapod and GSS merge

GSS and Peapod have merged their associated businesses under the GSS brand. The new company will be one of the largest security integrators and consultancy firms in the UK.

A spokesperson for GSS said: "We recognise that whilst the definition of security remains 'confidentiality, integrity and availability', in practical terms an IT security team now has to encompass 'risk, policy and compliance'. We must continue to evolve to provide our clients with a full range of services and solutions to ensure we meet their needs.

We understand your business and want to work with you to provide a solid security architecture for the integrity of your data. We can also provide assistance to ensure compliance with the plethora of legislation and regulations facing business today."
