Our strategy is to help sales people incorporate CRM into their everyday work by facilitating easy account mapping, qualification and cross-selling
Matthew Crooks, SalesCentric “According to a 2009 CIO Magazine report, up to 70 per cent of CRM projects fail,” said Matthew Crooks, CEO of SalesCentric. “The main reason is that field staff such as sales people and pre-sales don’t adopt the solution because they can’t answer the question: What’s in it for me? Our strategy is to help sales people incorporate CRM into their everyday work by facilitating easy account mapping, opportunity qualification and cross-selling with minimal data entry requirements and automatic updates into the Dynamics CRM database.”
