SalesCentric updates CRM solution

SalesCentric has released version 4.5 of its Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution Relationship Charts. The product, developed using Silverlight technology, is designed to bring CRM data to life through a more interactive user experience – increasing productivity and content accuracy and leading to higher levels of CRM adoption.

Relationship Charts version 4.5. has several new features designed specifically to help increase sales productivity and improve forecasting accuracy. The new features are designed to make the product more attractive to sales people and deliver value to everyone that depends on accurate CRM information.

Relationship Charts is a Microsoft .NET-based application that uses the latest graphics (such as line drawing), animation (including Actor Cards and zoom capabilities) and 3-D features.

Our strategy is to help sales people incorporate CRM into their everyday work by facilitating easy account mapping, qualification and cross-selling

Matthew Crooks, SalesCentric

“According to a 2009 CIO Magazine report, up to 70 per cent of CRM projects fail,” said Matthew Crooks, CEO of SalesCentric. “The main reason is that field staff such as sales people and pre-sales don’t adopt the solution because they can’t answer the question: What’s in it for me? Our strategy is to help sales people incorporate CRM into their everyday work by facilitating easy account mapping, opportunity qualification and cross-selling with minimal data entry requirements and automatic updates into the Dynamics CRM database.”
