Tetra product manufacturer Sepura has purchased Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 with the Annata IDMS system from UK enterprise resource planning (ERP) business solutions provider Ardent Solutions.
Ardent Solutions proposed an iterative route where we will pilot the vanilla Annata solution and then work through the gaps to develop a more detailed configurationMichael Hughes, Sepura The contract will enable Sepura to consolidate its multiple, disparate IT systems and gain a stable, reliable ERP solution to manage its entire business operations with increased efficiency.
Annata IDMS is a dealer management system that is built as an add-on to Microsoft Dynamics AX. It will enable the device-centric organisation to proactively manage equipment, reduce costs and resolve service issues quickly. It will also give the management team a complete business picture from one source and flexibility to support business growth and complexity.
“Our products are often supported by lengthy warranties and sometimes subject to deployment restrictions so the control that the Annata IDMS solution offers us in tracking will prove invaluable,” said Michael Hughes, operations manager at Sepura. “Ardent Solutions proposed an iterative route where we will pilot the vanilla Annata solution and then work through the gaps to develop a more detailed configuration. This gives Sepura greater comfort and lowers the risk associated with ERP implementation.”
