Tagetik tops independent BPM survey

Microsoft partner Tagetik has been ranked number one for overall customer satisfaction in the 2011 BPM Pulse survey results and related competitor review.
The independent report by BPM Partners, an independent authority on business performance management (BPM) and business intelligence solutions, was conducted through an internet-based survey from October 2010 to March 2011.

The purpose of the survey was to identify important trends in BPM, as well as specific perceptions of product vendors and service providers.
“While most vendors claim to have very happy customers, the reality is quite different,” said Craig Schiff, president of BPM Partners. “Performance management can be challenging and unless the vendor has a robust product and strong support behind it, customers may not achieve their goals and satisfaction will suffer. That’s why we believe the BPM Pulse customer satisfaction ratings should be a key consideration in the vendor selection process.”
