French-based graduate business school INSEAD has published a Microsoft-sponsored white paper that explores the centricity of knowledge and information management in today’s society and describes the key role e-skills can play in such an infrastructure. E-Skills, Competitiveness and Employability asks whether Europe is succeeding in generating the skills needed to build a knowledge society, as well as what is needed from governments, business and citizens to achieve such a goal.
