Fast Company Co.Exist has published a list of the top ten smartest cities in Europe. Author Boyd Cohen created a metric called the Smart Cities Wheel, which contains six key components of smart cities (smart people, smart economy, smart environment, smart government, smart living, and smart mobility) and three key drivers for each component.
