Pivotal CRM has been implemented at around 300 of Toyota France's reseller sites
Car firm Toyota France has implemented the Pivotal CRM solution from CDC Software, a provider of industry-specific enterprise software applications and business services, at 300 of its reseller sites.
Toyota France operates nationwide via a distribution network of more than 200 partners and 300 resellers for its Toyota and Lexus brands. To meet the scope of its operations, the company selected CDC Software’s Pivotal CRM solution to centralise information shared by its some 1,200 users.
The main goal of the solution was to create a single sales activities desk – Bureau d’Activité Commercial – to manage the entire customer relationship chain with a simple, user-friendly tool that interfaced with existing systems. Toyota France wanted the Bureau d’Activité Commercial to provide high performing analytic functionalities for both the reseller network and for its executive management.
“The creation and setting up of the Bureau d’Activité Commerciale was needed in order to organise our distribution network,” said Alain Staricky, CIO, Toyota France. “We have chosen a CRM solution that has enabled us to integrate specific processes from car sales, other sales, and also product coding. Pivotal CRM is flexible, highly customisable and allowed us to support functionalities in sales and marketing as well as customer services.”

Alain Staricky, Toyota France Toyota France has rapidly come up to speed with the Pivotal CRM solution, which is based on Microsoft .NET technology, and customised it to address specific issues such as sales cycle management, traffic measuring, sales analysis and impact of communication operations.
