Trillium improves Dynamics data quality
20 April 2011
Trillium Software is integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM into its data quality solution for on premise and cloud environments using Windows Azure.
Dynamics CRM’s Software Development Kit will allow users to access data cleansing and matching capabilities in the Trillium Software System solution, which provides real-time and batch enterprise data quality services. Data will be evaluated and cleansed at the point of entry.
Integration between these two solutions will enable continuous data lifecycle management for a range of applications.
CRM, or any business-driven application, is ultimately more effective if the information flowing through it is holistically managed with automated data quality solutions
John Nicoli, Harte-Hanks Trillium Software Access to Trillium Software cleansing and matching functionality can occur via a data quality services call from Microsoft Dynamics CRM to the Trillium Software System in Windows Azure or any on-premises implementation.
"Microsoft Dynamics CRM is designed to offer a flexible and extensible framework to enable organisations like Trillium Software – that have deep industry expertise – to integrate and deliver rich business value to customers," said Mark Albrecht, director Microsoft Dynamics ISV Strategy.
Microsoft National Systems Integrator and Gold Certified Partner Neudesic acknowledges the strong value an integrated data quality solution can offer Dynamics CRM users. "Neudesic has been a long-standing Microsoft partner and systems integrator, and we understand the need for data quality services within existing Microsoft implementations," said Parsa Rohani, chief executive officer at Neudesic.
"CRM, or any business-driven application, is ultimately more effective if the information flowing through it is holistically managed with automated data quality solutions. Applications can be exponentially more impactful to the business if the data is cleansed in real time to ensure users have the best information available at their fingertips," said John Nicoli, managing director, Harte-Hanks Trillium Software.
He concluded: "We're excited to be able to offer an integrated solution to Microsoft Dynamics CRM customers that will provide the flexibility of supporting both on-premises and Windows Azure implementations in order to solve their data quality challenges."
