Shopping for Christmas presents online this year is going to boom by 15 per cent
UKFast has launched an exclusive server offering based on Microsoft Hyper-V, for businesses wanting to secure a quick and cost-effective Web presence in time for the festive rush.
Research from IMRG and Capgemini suggests that despite the credit crunch, shopping for Christmas presents online this year is going to boom by 15 per cent to hit £13.16 billion in the UK, with 8 December forecast as the day online volume steps up a gear.
UKFast, which has won the Internet Service Providers' Association Best Hosting Provider award four times, has brought the first e-commerce Hyper-V server packages to the UK market, combining the hardware with SQL database technology.
