National Rail intends to provide users with an intuitive interface that makes their travel life easier.With a Windows Phone 7 application, travellers will be able to plan trips in advance, check live station departures and receive real-time notifications of service disruption or delays to their journey.
The National Rail application is an example of how Avanade can deliver mobile solutions for enterprise customers. The company partnered with National Rail on this request to expand and improve how passengers can stay up to date in their rail schedules.
