Optimiser can reduce inventory holdings by as much as 25 per
cent whilst maintaining current (or better) service levels.

AGR Optimiser generates sales forecasts based on proven statistical forecasting methods utilising an expert system to select the most appropriate method for each stock keeping unit. AGR Optimiser can cater for any supply chain structure and includes a very powerful Management by Exception reporting module.

Our clients include a very wide range of industries and typically have a wide range of products from a large number of suppliers. Whilst our clients cover a wide number of industries and use the system in different ways they all use the standard AGR Optimiser application.

AGR Optimiser also includes a Simulation module which allows the user to evaluate trade offs between service levels and inventory holdings. It can also be used in the evaluation process to demonstrate how your current systems perform in comparison with AGR Optimiser.
