MW solutions works with modules that are developed for Microsoft Dynamics AX. The essence of the development is to optimise processes for companies and still be able to upgrade the solution as a standard application.

MW solutions Invoice Workflow enables you to optimise the administrative processes in all aspects. You cut out all manual handling of the invoice and will always know where the invoices are and when they are due for approval. The finance department will in other words get a full overview, as well as free up time for other more proactive business.

MW solutions Workflow
The workflow handling is based on a setup of a number of workflow descriptions. The descriptions can lead to either information or activate an action. For each description it can be set up where in the process they should be active, for example item arrival, finishing a production order, or delivering a sales order.

A workflow description can be added to a number of employees, groups of employees or departments that should be either informed or should perform an action in a given sequence.
