Fun and caring environment gets Rackspace on top of the employer list
London, 14th March, 2008 - Rackspace, a leading provider of hosted IT services, today announces it has been voted in the top 25 Best Place To Work in the UK, in the Best Mid-sized Companies category of the prestigious Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For 2008 Awards.
Rackspace was the highest ranking IT Service Company in the listing and accredited with two stars denoting an ‘outstanding' company to work for.

In last year's Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For Awards, Rackspace was named the 33rd Best Place to Work in the UK within the Best Small-sized Company category.
These listings are based on an employee survey, which revealed that Rackspace has created a fun and caring environment that nurtures individual talent: 85 per cent of employees would strongly recommend working for the company; 82 per cent love working for them; and 85 per cent are proud to work for Rackspace.
Furthermore, 85 per cent of employees believe that the experience gained at Rackspace is valuable for their future - the fourth best positive score for this statement across all companies surveyed. In addition, 85 per cent of employees believe that they make a valuable contribution to the success of the organisation, making it the third highest positive score for this statement.

Rackspace Hosting Files Registration Statement

SAN ANTONIO — April 25, 2008 — Rackspace, Inc. (Rackspace® Hosting) today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) relating to the proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The shares in the offering will be offered by Rackspace Hosting and certain selling stockholders. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not been determined.
Goldman, Sachs & Co., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Merrill Lynch & Co. will act as joint book-running managers of the offering.
