The system Fox is a modular, scalable, planning application that uses CRM and BI techniques to enable companies to develop and execute their strategic business plans. It delivers one set of numbers for the entire business and empowers everyone to be part of achieving.

Fox brings state-of-the-art business process but does not require major system change. We simply remove Excel spreadsheets from the planning process replacing them with Fox, which interacts with your existing systems resulting in a one-stop data store for plans, forecasts, sales and syndicated data such as IRI and AC Nielsen.

Just because Fox is simple to implement and use doesn’t mean you don’t get the great levels of detail when you need it – such as market, account and retailer P&L at any product level.

Fox can be operating in weeks without additional hardware or software and our unique leasing system means that no major capital expenditure is required.

Fox is a Microsoft solution built on SQL Server and Access platforms that allows sales, finance, marketing and demand planning to collaborate in building, managing and approving the annual plans by customer down to stock-keeping unit (SKU) level.

Plans can be built ‘bottom up’ or ‘top down’ with base volume input at SKU level by the system, sales, demand planners or statistical systems like Manugistics. Promotional volume is added by event to deliver sales, profit and spending all linking to financial systems such as SAP & JDE to manage the accruals. This combined with the base completes the sales and spending picture.

The Reporting Menu along with Cube and Pivot reports provide any level of detail from customer P&L’s to volume tracking. The sales team has information to drive the most profitable sales, demand planning has aggregated volumes for production and finance has compiled numbers providing the sales and profit outlook.

We also provide daily sales reporting allowing tracking of sales by customer down to SKU level, invoice matching is a paperless invoicing tool allowing you to manage payments and accruals and product catalogue is a database that stores your product information from barcodes and waste packaging to pallet specs and images.
